Here at Eregantos it is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we do understand that sometimes things happen. Please read our refund and return policies below. Please note these policies on apply to our products.
DUE TO COVID-19 We can NOT accept any returns on products UNLESS you have received the wrong product due to OUR error and the product is UNOPENED. Wig orders can only be returned for exchanges if it is unworn and the lace has not been cut
In the event you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service(firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.
For Wigs: Please do NOT install, wet or color the unit(hair must be in the same condition in which you received it).
In the event that your are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days upon receipt. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all wig purchases that are in perfect condition.
Please provide the following information when contacting customer service:
1. Your name and order confirmation number
2. The date your order was placed and when it was received
3. A picture of the order confirmation and of the product and reason why you are returning the unit.
4. Any additional information if needed
We have the right to refuse items that are not returned in the same condition.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON BUNDLES. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchases because all sales are final.
*WE OFFER PARTIAL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT ON WIGS ONLY IF LACE IS NOT CUT AND WIG IS UNWORN. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND WIG MUST BE MAILED BACK WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY DATE AND TRACKING NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED.
Please be sure to email us before you send in your wig.
*we reserve the right to refuse wig returns with or without receiving a valid explanation from the customer on why the wig was returned.
DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE LONGER, WE WILL TRY OR BEST TO GET YOUR PRODUCTS TO YOU AS FAST AS WE CAN. PLEASE NOT THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE DELAYS DUE TO THE POSTAL SERVICES TRANSPORTATION RESTRICTIONS.
All orders are verified, processed and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner depending on inventory levels and demand.*
Effective Immediately: our shipping days are Monday thru Thursday. We will no longer ship on Friday.
Made to order wigs(Custom Units):
After your order has been processed wigs ship ASAP
Processing time for made to order wigs are 3-7 business days depending on level of demand.
Rush orders are available at an extra cost
Remember processing times include construction time and are made in the order they are received.
Time-frame of delivery depends on your location and the shipping method chosen upon checkout. please refer to your given tracking number for details and updates.
Domestic & MILITARY : After your order has processed please allow 4-6 business days*

When shipping to a military installation please use the default address below, in the note section of your order you can enter your military address and we will be sure to send it there.

What happens if I forget to include my military address in the notes section?
No problem! Just send us an email with your order/confirmation number and the address that you want use to send it to.
